چکیده
This article demonstrates how motion effect can be exploited to read moving chipless radio frequency identification (RFID) tags at larger distances compared what has been reached without taking into account the movement. According Doppler effect, due time-variant behavior of tags, tag backscattered field contains components different from those that are transmitted. These motion-induced utilized efficiently detect large distances, in a real environment composed stationary objects. A circuit-based analytical model verified by full-wave simulations is presented effectively predict quasi-stationary scatterers, with fast computation process. The developed analytic applied rotating dipole scatterers and used design including an identifier. In terms identification, good agreement observed between measurement results predicted model. Finally, range enhancement proven experimentally where readable up several meters.

Chipless Rfid Tags
a compact multi resonator circuit for Chipless rfid tag is presented in this paper. The basic resonator is a shorted λ/4 Stepped Impedance Resonator (SIR). The tag is designed and simulated using High Frequency Structure Simulator and a 6 bit prototype is fabricated on rtduroid(εr=2.2 and tanδ=.0008) Substrate in area of 4.5x2cm2. Data is coded as amplitude variations in the frequency domain. H...
متن کاملChipless RFID, an emerging technology
Radiofrequency identification (RFID) is an established technique for automatic data captures exploiting reflected electromagnetic waves by scatters, usually called tags or transponders. In the last decades, roughly since the mid-1960s, very effective integrated circuit-based tags have been developed and implemented in numerous applications from the most simple like the electronic surveillance a...
متن کاملFully Printable Chipless RFID Tag
1.1 Radio frequency identification Radio frequency identification (RFID) is a wireless data capturing technique which utilizes radio frequency (RF) waves for automatic identification of objects. RFID relies on RF waves for data transmission between the data carrying device, called the RFID tag, and the interrogator (Finkenzeller, 2003; Kraiser & Steinhagen, 1995) A typical RFID system is shown ...
